Another excellent photograph and an example of what can be seen whilst out ringing in the Summer is this Comma butterfly supplied by Heather Clare. The BTO and Butterfly Conservation Organisation are running a butterfly survey in July and August. Details can be found on the BTO website for anyone interested in taking part.
